Consultation and booking
A free consultation precedes every art session booking. The date is considered confirmed once the terms are agreed and the deposit is paid, where a deposit applies to the chosen service.

The terms on which sessions are shot and the finished material is delivered.
Delivery
The standard delivery time is up to 10 working days, unless a different deadline has been agreed in writing for a particular project.
Online gallery
Finished material is delivered through a personal online gallery. The link stays live for 30 days. Please download and store the files within that period.
RAW files and originals
RAW files, unedited photographs and other original material are not handed over.
Additional photographs
Additional professionally retouched photographs beyond the chosen package are bought separately at the current price.
Publication of commercial work
Permission to publish photographs in the portfolio, on the website and on social media is agreed before the shoot. You may decline publication at no extra charge.
Creative sessions
A creative session is shot free of charge or on special terms in exchange for the photographer's right to use and publish the resulting material. Consent to publication is a condition of taking part. If, after the shoot, the participant or their legal guardian withholds publication, the session converts to a commercial one and is charged at the full current price of the corresponding service.
Personal and non-commercial use
You may use the purchased photographs on your personal social media, in the family archive and for personal printing. Non-commercial publication by a club — congratulating an athlete or announcing a result, for example — is allowed with a credit to the photographer.
Commercial use by third parties
Use of the photographs by clubs, federations, brands and other third parties in advertising, service promotion, on banners, websites, in printed material or paid media requires separate written agreement and, where necessary, the purchase of a commercial licence.
Creative material and third parties
Material from a creative session may not be passed to third parties for commercial use, advertising or promotion. To use it commercially, permission must be obtained and the corresponding commercial fee or licence paid.
Make-up, hair and costumes
Make-up, hair styling, wardrobe assistance and the rental or purchase of clothing, costumes and accessories are not included in the price unless expressly stated otherwise.
Permits and third-party costs
Permits, entrance tickets, special authorisations and other mandatory charges of a particular location are paid separately unless they are included in the package description.
Rescheduling and lateness
The date may be moved by prior agreement. Shooting time starts at the agreed booking time; arriving late may shorten the actual length of the session.
Copyright
Copyright in the photographs and video created remains with the photographer. You receive the right to use the material to the extent set out by the chosen service and by these terms.
